All services listed are 12-hour day rates PLUS Expenses. Overtime is calculated at time and a half to 14 hours, double time to 16 hrs. and a double day after 16 hrs. Flat fees and Half day or Weekly rates are available only by prior agreement. Hold days are billed at half the day rate. Deal Memos, Purchase Orders and Insurance Certificates are required. A 20 % production fee is added to reimbursable expenses past due after 30 days. Rates can be negotiable and are dependant on method and timeline of payment and job requirements. Expenses include; travel, lodging, per diem, cell phone airtime and long distance charges, scout vehicle fuel, film and development, shipping and postage, expendables, office, production and craft service supplies. All services, rentals and additional labor costs are subject to 4.166 % Hawaii General Excise Tax. Terms are NET UPON RECEIPT OF INVOICE.
